SUNDAY LEAGUE

- 9 week sessions (Fall, Winter, Spring)
- 1 day per week
- Skill development and game play
- Modified rules and games
- Less formal
- 1 coach per team
- 8-10 kids per team
- 2 teams per court
- No tryouts
- No previous volleyball experience required
- Grade 3 - 12

CLUB (PACIFIC COAST VC)

- 4-5 month season (Jan – May)
​- 2 practices per week
- Club tournaments
-Access to additional training program
- Provincial Championships
- Optional National Championships
- Extensive gear kit
- Approx. 12 players per team
- 2-3 coaches per team
​- Must be selected through tryout process 
- Ages 11-18
